Conditions of sale, delivery and payment:
Preface!
Buell and Harley Davidson as well as other model’s names are used as a guide-line only.
We are not an authorized dealer of Buell and Harley Davidson!
1. General note:
The following conditions are valid for all offers, consignments and services. By placing an order the buyer agrees to these conditions. Changes or amendments need to be confirmed by us in writing to become valid.
2 Shipment:
The shipping of the goods will be made by our discretion but without a guarantee for the cheapest way of dispatch. The buyer as well bears the costs for shipping as well as for return consignments.
3. Prices and payments:
The prices quoted in our price list are to be understood ex warehouse in €URO, plus cash on delivery and shipping and handling. All prices for end-consumers are incl. VAT. All prices are subject to change; buyers will be informed immediately. The invoice has to be paid on receipt of the goods (COD), without deductions, as far as no other term of payment has been agreed upon. The seller has the property in the goods until full payment.
4. Completion of order:
Your order will be completed subject to circumstantial changes in design and function. Partial shipments are acceptable. Additional deliveries will be executed by special wish of the buyer and have to be announced by placement of the order.
5. Return consignments:
The seller should be informed by phone before the buyer sends a return consignment. Complaints must be made within 14 days from date of invoice. The value of the goods will be cleared with a new order. 20 % of the value of the goods will be kept from the reimbursement for administrative expenses unless it is a case of warranty. A copy of the invoice has to be attached to the return consignment.
6. Complaints and warranty:
Complaints because of damaged, defective or wrong goods have to be announced within 14 days from date of invoice. Except for electric and electronic parts we grant (for an adequate period of time) full warranty on material and parts. #This granted warranty is valid only for defective goods. Works, done by anyone else than rrc and consequential damage are not covered by the warranty. Rejected goods have to be sent back to us free from transportation charges.
7. Place of execution and jurisdiction
Place of execution and jurisdiction in case of disagreements resulting from this contract is Bad Kissingen.
8. Trade price:
We only grant trade prices to companies whose principal purpose is doing trade with Buell’s or Harley Davidson’s parts and accessories and run a shop with common opening hours.
